is telephone based and is conducted through mutually scheduled sessions. Typical
clients average three sessions a month; some prefer four early in the relationship.

you and your coach work to achieve exactly what you want.

coach is trained to listen, observe, ask powerful questions and offer related
expertise. As a categorical ally, your coach continually supports as
you identify creative and resourceful solutions.
